When i was learning how to drive in New York City at the age of 17 (that’s unusually young age for a native New Yorker). My fraternity brother, Chico, was giving me my first lesson. He said; ”You are in a 1,000 pound bullet, people out there have no protection. They are always in the right when you are behind a weapon like this.”

Many years after those words i expanded them to mean: i am most responsible for the things in the world i control, so i should do no harm with these things i control.

Best advice I ever got was to be truly and profundly fascinated by my iown ignorance – in that place curiosity lies…
